I'm looking for a gravel frame with boost dimensions. Are there any companies that make them?

You'd be best looking at 29er hardtail mountain bikes with a rigid fork.

yeah, this is usually called a rigid mountain bike. First thing that comes to mind is Salsa Cutthroat.
