Title: caliper bleed port screws or nipples?

does anyone know :

     *     the dimensions for the hope hbsp238 bleed nipples pictured and thread
     *     if they'll work as replacements for bleed port screws on other manufacturers calipers
     *     whether it matters if dot fluid or mineral oils is used?

The answer to your last two questions:

2) not interchangeable, nearly all companies use a custom/proprietary port screw

3) the seal material is different for DOT and mineral oil, so yes, it will matter
