Hello dear community
Does anyone have any experience with the frame manufacturer Tideace? How are the frames and forks in terms of mechanical quality, the construction quality of the carbon structure, the overall workmanship, and the parts used, such as the headset for the fork, etc.? I am interested in the FM-CR266 frame. Has anyone already used it and gained experience with it in terms of riding characteristics and stiffness? Is this frame suitable for mountain stages?
What are the alternatives in terms of frames that are very good for mountain stages? I live in an area where it is mainly uphill (from 450 meters to 2400 meters). Thank you very much for your support.

I don't have any experience with this frame but there are a lots of topics about Tideace frames (road, gravel and MTB). You can have a look at them and make your own opinion.
I remember that they had a conception defect on a MTB rear triangle and then made a V2 but did not want to exchange for free the bad V1.

I own a Tideace gravel frame and wanted to share my impressions. Overall, the frame quality is solid. The internal carbon finish, along with the clean execution around the headset and bottom bracket areas, suggests good manufacturing standards.
While it’s not an ultra-lightweight frame, it’s impressively stiff and responsive. The one-color paint job is also well done—high-quality paint with a flawless finish, as far as I can tell.
In short, if you're considering a frame from Tideace, you can feel confident about the build and finish quality. No concerns from my side.

Tideace is a reputable company. Was a bit slow with my GR201 order, but it arrived exactly as agreed. Quality of the frame is good.

In their promotional videos and websites Haideli, Tideace, Permeants, and LTK all show the same picture of "their factory" which is a cluster of buildings set against a rather picturesque forested hillside. Haideli also shows Tideace bikes on their social media, so safe to say those two are the same. They also sell this frame.
One thing to keep in mind is that even though the prices are different, Tideace may not be significantly more expensive since they include shipping, might include a handlebar, and probably include small parts like a headset and thru axles, which are items you would need to pay separately for through LTK.
I bought through LTK because I didn't want that stuff, the price was OK with me, and @Serge loves them.

I bought mine through LTK as well for the same reasons plus custom paint and no logo. I received a picture of the frame painted yesterday and you can see freshly painted Permeants frame la on racks in the background… safe to say they’re from the same factory.

Do you know why Tideace has some exclusive molds (CR-068 for exemple) ?

Somehow it seems like every AliX store front claims they are actual manufacturers (with pictures of workers and frames/wheels in the production process) and totally not resellers.

It sounds to me as if they manufacture the frames themselves, and when I watch the video and read the accompanying description, that must be the case. But I could be wrong.

I have one more question: how big is the difference in quality between providers offering cheaper frames (around $1,000) and providers offering more expensive frames (from around $1,700)? Do you have any experience with this?

I have a CR068 from Tideace, not yet built but communications were excellent, and initial unpacking was positive. Sprayed to my design in timescale promised. Positive experience so far similar to that with Elves and their UK team.
I could have ordered via their website but bought in an Ali sale - effectively this was direct with them a different sales channel. Price was better with Ali discounts. Tideace then picked up Comms.
There are plenty of positive reviews of the brand on the Weight Weenies site and they aren't always the easiest to please.

What is the quality of the carbon like? Has it been processed cleanly? What are the tolerances for the head tube and bottom bracket? What is the quality of the materials that are supplied or installed, such as derailleur hangers, headset, derailleur hanger, etc.? Thank you for your opinion.

I don't expect Tideace to be the frame manufacturer. They are a retail reseller - at least that's my impression. Having said that I got good communication and the paint job was damn good. Luckily no issues with the frame, so didn't have to work with them on issues. Happy GR201 owner here.
