Title: Trying to remove a thru axle cap

I came across these carbon wheels that have a strange thru axle cap. From appearances it might be threaded into the internal cylinder sleeve since the non-drive side TA cap spins when turning the drive side TA cap. Though they can very well be pressed-in, threaded or even bonded in with some adhesive? The TA caps appear to fit either a hex or torx wrench, but it appears to be a larger size than what I have available in my bike tool kit. Any suggestions? I've added a photo of the TA cap. All 4 caps are similar.

Found it, this particular thru axle cap design uses 14mm caps threaded into the internal cylinder. They sell a pair of 14mm hex wrenches just for this purpose.
