Title: Socket for a T47 - 49 mm - 16 notch

Have you found a socket (like on the picture) for a T47 49 mm 16 notch on Aliexpress ? I have only seen spanners or sockets for others diameters.

I have this one with the added benefit that it comes with a threaded centre - https://a.aliexpress.com/_mNYbhol.

Why the threaded centre you may ask, because you need this aswell (just the auxiliary tool) otherwise your tool will keep slipping and damage the teeth - https://a.aliexpress.com/_mKrm6Y1.

I like it because:

• It has a threaded rod, which help avoid tool slipping on the common internal bearing variants of T47.
• The socket can be reversed for 12 or 16 notch bottom bracket cups.

Do you have an internal or external BB ? It looks like it will scratch the frame if you use infernal bearing (2 mm or less width tooth).

Correct, that's the same. That area of the BB is usually faced but if it's a Chinese frame then it will most likely be painted over and the paint will be scratched. You have no choice as it needs to be torqued down to spec and that area is not visible.

I forgot to add my BB is internal.

This one does not allow to apply a specific tightening torque unfortunately.

I bought this one, but it is way too loose for 49mm 16T (internal BB). It has 51,3mm 16T for 49mm OD. My BB has 48,5mm and 16T.
Had to return it to the seller.
