My rear derailleur was working fine earlier, but after I plugged everything out to install onto a bike, and plugged it back in, now the rear derailleur just makes a faint clicking noise instead of shifting properly. It's not the cables as the front derailleur works fine and I've tried swapping the cables with no change in behaviour. I tried the crash mode thing and it didn't do anything.
Any tips/ ideas?

Have you tried to connect it to E-tube app?

Yes :( . On e tube it connects fine but if I try to initiate any adjustments, it throws an error to check if the wire is not removed. I tried swapping the cables between derailleurs and the rear always gives trouble

In case your FD works fine, I would try to disassemble the derailleurs and batteries, connect the FD wire to RD and see how it works in isolation. If the problem persists, chances are your RD is dead in some way (motor or brains).

Yeah everything seems to be working fine other than the not moving part. I.e it is responsive to shifting, just won’t move. I will try and contact the seller for a replacement :-\ :-\ :-\

Keep us updated. What seller did you buy the groupset from? Depending on how they handle this, I'd like to buy from them in the future for builds one day.

Double check which battery ports you are using. As per the manual:
"When using the product, be sure to connect the electric wires to the center E-TUBE port. The product will not operate normally if nothing is connected to the center E-TUBE port.
and:
Be sure to attach the dummy plugs to any E-TUBE ports that do not have electric wires connected to them. The product will not operate normally if the dummy plugs are not attached."

:-X
The seller is yiwu donglue. They had me trimming in circles. Had to ask 3 bike shops for repair options. Then they tell me to ship it back to them at my own expense. I ended up initiating a return on aliexpress and it gave me the option for an instant refund of $187. A new derailleur off aliexpress is $205 or $300 off Facebook marketplace. I will try another seller. :-\

Hmm, the refund isn't terrible... But lack of customer support isn't so nice. Thanks for the update.
