Title: Wheelset: Reputable, <1600g, Brass Nipples, <$600?

Does this wheelset exist? EliteWheels SLR Gravel would be perfect except that it uses aluminum nipples and can't make modifications. Is there anything available like that is available with brass nipples? FYI I've chatted with Serenade and their $100 shipping doesn't include duties and Peter/XMCarbonSpeed's will be almost $700. Open to both carbon and aluminum rims. Thanks!

Update: Ended up ordering from Serenade after they clarified they did offer a duties paid shipping option.

 I paid $532 (including shipping and duties) for their 24mm internal width, 30mm deep, "flyweight" version, with SR318 hubs (36T, 318g/pair), Pillar 1423 spokes and brass nipples.

Can't find the SR318 hubs on their website. Are you sure it's SR318?

None of their prebuilt are speced with them, as far as I can see. You'll probably need a custom order for that
