Recently picked up a bike that has a new pressfit 24mm bottom bracket but unfortunately the cranks are too long. Any recommendation on cranks that are 3 bolt spider (I have a 3-bolt X-cadey power meter) with 24mm axles?

I have both the Goldix already linked to (which are also identical to the Zrace) and the Senicx PR3 on different bikes, both of which fulfil the brief.
The Goldix look chunky and purposeful but they are so chunky I have had issues with the crank arm rubbing the front mech when shifting to the largest gear. Have always been able to adjust it away slightly... but a bit of a compromise on perfect shifting. The Senicx I think are marginally better - more rounded and sculpted, shaped much closer to original Shimano, can adjust the mech absolutely fine with no rubbing issues. Neither are particularly light but the Senicx is marginally lighter though. If I needed another... I'd buy the Senicx.
There are others you can get with a 24mm steel axle - but all really much of a muchness - Cruzbike, Evosid, Onirii - I don't think any have a killer feature over the others if you want 165s. The Riro racer looks the nicest of all but only available in 170mm.
If you want light though... then the carbon cranks are the way forward, of which the Bigrock linked look the cheapest 24mm axle I've seen, but there is loads more choice if you change the BB to DUB.

I am a taller rider so 165mm probably not for me....I am used to 172.5 but may consider 170 this time.
Maybe I do need to look at DUB. I have used the Zrace RX crank before without issues. Any other recommendation?

Riro carbon crankset does 3 bolt and 24mm alloy axle. Bigrock does a carbon crankset that's 3 bolt with titanium axle, but that cost more money. For cheapest and lightest, this Goldix crankset does the job. Also I never found these to be flexy as a certain YT'er has alluded to. They work fine.

They use 7075 T6 alloy on those 24mm axles. I've been using them for several years with no issue and they seem fairly widespread now. Though I'm sub 70g, so weight might be a factor.

it would be weight and power I would assume that could fatigue it... I guess need to do some more research on it. DUB I am ok with alloy because of the bigger diameter and material. Not too familiar with 24mm

It still depends a lot on production method. IIRC, unlike forged alloy, cast axles have imperfections in metal structure which upon heavy loads may lead to snap.
