Title: What is the OEM of this frame?

I have this frame and I'm curious to find who actually makes it!
From the topics I've been reading, it looks like a lot of frames, but none have all the design/features this TSW has.. So I'm hoping to use some of your knowledge to solve this doubt!

Looks a lot like a Hongfu FM138. Check the Geocharts and you will know :)

You're completely right, IT IS the FM138... Guess I never looked hard enough, but thanks A LOT !!
