Can you recommend a lightweight 10–51T cassette for a Microspline freehub? I've been searching all over Aliexpress and I only see 10–52 or 11–50 options. Is it really that hard to find, or am I just looking in the wrong places?

ZTTO makes an MS cassette, but it looks like XD is more popular for lightweight cassette options. I would just stick to Shimano for the hyperglide shifting. Though if you want to go lightweight, you'll probably have to go XD and use a different chain setup.

Why complicate it? Grab that 10-52 and be done with it.

I won't need to adjust anything? Chain, rear derailleur, etc.

I -always- adjust when changing major components. That may not always be necessary but it should always be expected.
If weight is your priority, experiment with these cassettes, but know that it is an experiment. You may not like the result.
If shift quality and durability are your priority, stick with Shimano.
