I will second this. And this goes on for pretty much EVERY China online purchase. Pre-sale you have ALL kinds of support. After payment, not so much lol
The only exception for me was 9Velo wheelset, where I was getting updates daily, even during shipping as to where the wheelset was haha

Why are you trying to create a negative stereotype? These sellers are people, and as people, they vary in priorities and qualities. Good service and passion for bikes exists in China too.
Angler from DFS was sending me photos every step of the way, including weighing my hubs prebuild, taking photos of the rims, and sending me an inspection video before shipping.
Alisa from LTK was responsive throughout the process and quickly sent a response to my question regarding the correct headset specs after it was raised here, even months after the sale.
I can say the same about Alisa from XATW/XACD and most of the others I have bought from over the years.

Not only I don't agree, but that's just absolute gaslighting. Just because you buy garbage from thieves and donkeys doesn't mean we all do. Not every OEM is a POS.
Just speaking from experience from various sellers. Maybe I am asking too many questions or maybe they have too much going on at the time. Not to say I never had a very positive experience, and I do mention that.
But maybe we should stop talking here and promoting this company..... just saying.
