Title: looking for a gravel rim

hi guys, I'm thinking to make a new wheelset using my current hubs and replacing rims and spokes.
At the moment my wheelset is a DT SWISS ER 1600, that are a bit heavy. Rim is around 500g and spokes are DT aerocomp. I would like to make a 1400g wheelset with Sapim cx Rays and a lighter rims.
Who produces around 400g rims with inner width around 25mm and depth 35 or 38mm? thanks!
