Is it a Seka Spear? (Original design) TanTan X67? We already know the Cinelli Pressure is an ICAN A40 frameset.

ODM from Lightcarbon i would guess ::)

it is indeed a similarly bad implementation of wind-eye as lightcarbon's

That was also my guess, slightly altered seattube shape to make it look more like the Scott Foil one, but otherwise it looks exactly like the Lightcarbon one. This one apparently testing at 205W in the Tour magazine test (with favourable wheels and tires, tbh) is funny, as it demonstrates how overrated big names are when it comes to decent aero performance.

TT-X38 + LCR018 = AEROSCOOP

I had a good laugh when I saw this on Bikerumor. Lightcarbon was the first thing that came to my mind, and they are charging a ridiculous price for it. Does anyone really care that much about the Cinelli name these days?

This frame will be pretty competitive in price... once the inevitable steep discounting kicks in.
I highly doubt Lightcarbon makes these. TopCarbon made previous Pressure and Pressure 2 frames, and Cinelli/Columbus is big enough volume-wise to go to one of the bigger factories if they want. The other thing is that the LCR-018 seems to have a cleaner execution of the wind eye shape than Cinelli Aeroscoop...so...not sure why they would do worse for a relatively big client.
