Title: Can someone ID these gravel drop bars?

I found these flared drop bars on Chinese social media, unfortunately I can't source the manufacturer. The bars were mounted on a Pardus gravel frameset if that helps. Thanks!

My contact in China said these are 3D printed handle bars made by the owner of the bike. It's a custom job!
