Hello,
I have trouble finding gravel carbon wheels that are compatible with my bike (Triban RC520, QR 9x100/9x135), and that can be also be converted easily to a more standard bike (12x142mm for the rear). Do you have any suggestion ?

I can't recommend anything in particular from China but the difference between the two standards is usually just end caps. You can also use spacers like this https://www.aliexpress.com/item/1005005922008385.html

On my Fulcrum rear wheel, I had to completely change the axle (but for the front, the adapter you linked worked fine). The problem is the length, not the diameter.

You need to find a set with hubs that have endcaps available for both standards, or have one custom built. There are some wheels on aliexpress that are built with goldix hubs that you can find such endcaps for. Just have to go digging for them

DT Swiss hubs just need new end caps to switch between quick release and thru axle.
Novatec hubs can be changed, but at least the rear needs to have a new axle. Front I don't know frankly.
