Happy X-Mas everybody!
Maybe s.o. knows and can help:
My son broke the mounting points on his Garmin. Garmin can't repair and offers 15% discount if we order a new one from their online shop. Thank you Garmin no thank you.
There's Garmin Edge 1030 back covers on AliX for sale.
Now the question, do they also fit the 1030 Plus - are the computer bodys exactly the same?

Maybe you can write to this seller https://it.aliexpress.com/item/1005007987429021.html (https://s.click.aliexpress.com/e/_c3TLAYHf) the only difference between 1030 and the plus version is the touch screen and a bigger battery, they share the same body and dimension

In the end, a fried recommended me this replacement mount for older Garmin bike computers without replaceable mounting flange.
It costs about 3 Euro and just gets crewed over the old mount.
So far this looks to be a good repair method.
