Title: TT Frame as Road Bike?
Post by: bastianb on January 18, 2026, 02:17:00 AM
Hi all together,

I am lately thinking about using a TT frame, like the velobuild one, (I think a shiv tt is also very attractive) as a road bike. (Ai helped visualizing it)
Has any done did this before? How did you manage the differences in stack and reach, Sizing Down/Up and stem length?

Any Cockpits that follow this straight line with a -17 degree angle?

How is the ride feeling?

George fox did it for the british road bike tt nationals. I've seen a handful of the older shiv tri bikes and some other tt frames setup as fixies.
