This whole week I've been riding in 80-96° degree (27-35°c) weather! I'm actually worried the summer is going to be too hot! Anyways, hope you're feeling better. Hospital stays can be physically draining.

In the winter, when the temperatures here are close to freezing, I don't go out.
I prefer to train indoors.
