I have knee problems and want 165 mm cranks for my Cannondale Scalpel Si WC 2019.
Currently 175 mm Cannondale SI 8 bolt crankset.
I could just buy Hollowgram cranks and put on current spindle but they are like 300 eur a pair.
Does anyone know of cheaper alternatives?
Chainline is 55 mm
BB shell: 46 mm ID, 83 mm width

I think I found a potential budget lifesaver for your knees. Check these Senicx FM3 in 165mm:

Thank you but I don’t think they would fit very well unfortunately!
Bummer as the price was so low :(
My Scalpel has bit of a weird geometry so the the crankset needs to have specs below to work. Maybe low chance of finding a Chinese one..
* MTB Wide DUB + 3 mm offset = 55 mm chainline
* MTB Ai DUB + 6 mm offset = 55 mm chainline

I got these 165mm MTB cranks for my daughter's bike.
