Title: Lexon Unox Spacers not aligning to handlebar?

Using pictures from aliexpress, I am trying to understand whether the handlebar (stem) should fit the spacers.

1) the spacers have 4 "dowels" / things that stick out
2) the stem (handlebar) has 2 "holes"

Those 4 dowels don't have a place to go in the handlebar, and there is a gap. There is also an 8mm compression ring that I don't quite understand what it's for.

How is this supposed to fit without a gap?

It looks like, in the picture from Lexon unox, the 7mm spacer has only two "dowels" and is in one piece, but the ones I received are all two-piece ones, with 4 dowels each...

For anyone struggling with this: my 10mm had only two "dowels", not the 7mm one. My bar is also missing the two washers and instead of 4 small screws, I only got 2.

my lexon vero came without the holes, so i've cut the pins on the spacer to resolve.
