I purchased the Lexon UNOX bars and installed them today. I torqued them to the 5nm spec and heard a crack. The crack is in a similar location as some others.
I’ll have to purchase a new set and I am a bit overwhelmed by the options. I am disappointed because the Lexon bars were great.
I am 86kg and put out around 1400w in a sprint.
Any recommendations? Perhaps I just go with a replacement set from Lexon?

Personally, I’m using the Avian Canary https://it.aliexpress.com/item/1005005902791911.html (https://s.click.aliexpress.com/e/_c3mOjZbv) and I’m loving it. I know it's technically a road bar, but I specifically chose it for its solid build and structural integrity, which is something that's been discussed quite a bit on this forum even for gravel builds. I’m not a big fan of flared drops anyway, so for me it's a perfect match.
I’m a bit frustrated with myself as these were my number one option, but I elected to go for the Lexon bars due to the price and seemingly good reviews.
I really like the flare on my gravel bike. Helpful for technical single track.

I couldn’t get lexon to reply with a solution within a reasonable amount of time, so I’ll be using some off of Amazon.
Has anyone else had any experience with the customer service for Lexon? They were quick to reply but the “after sales department” hasn’t responded. Quite frustrating as my issue is clearly a warranty problem.

Just bumping this thread. Looking for more opinions!
FYI in case anyone else finds this while searching for bars: I was in a bind and didn’t want to commit, ended up ordering some RXL SLs from amazon. Surprised by how bad the quality was given the reviews. Carbon layup was spotty and the bolts were just thread together bolts that were off center.

I am using the Lexon Unox Gravel handlebar and no problems so far. I love the flare and they have not done any cracking sounds so far. I will keep you updated.

Got Lexon Unox also. Using them since November, no problems, survives my usual mtb and cat 3,4 gravel routes daily, Traka and indoor training. Only thing sucks about them is that cable routing holes in the spacers are on the side that does not split, so you either need to break the spacer from inside or disconnect brake hoses.

I use these bars with an internally routed stem. very shallow reach and short drop if you like that.

Yet another Lexon crack owner here (original bars plus the replacements). I’m going to try the tavelo avro-gr next.

If you don't mind having a separate bar and stem then Balugoe on AliExpress has some good options.
I have been using their aero bars on my road bike and I have been happy with them so far, they have a decent amount of flare but maybe not as much as some gravel bars. They also offer bars with 20mm of rise with the same flair, both come in a range of widths.
I also use their internally routed stem which works with 56mm head tubes, they offer this in -10 and -17 options with a range of length.
I think the combo looks pretty clean but obviously not as clean as a one piece bar, you can still use out front Garmin mounts though which is a bonus.

Damn, I've got Lexon bars on two bikes, looks like I'll have to inspect them fairly regularly based on the feedback on this thread.

These are the 340/400 bars with 120mm -17 stem. One thing that would be nice is a top cap shaped to the stem rather than the stock carbon one but that's something I'd have to design and 3D print myself, once I cut the steerer shorter anyway. The grip tape is from doing road bike TTs, it helps to maintain the aero position.

Yikes, glad it wasn’t worse.
I’m currently on my replacement set. They are holding up well but it is annoying to think about them every time it gets technical/rough.
