Apologies if a similar topic already exists. I'm looking for a new frameset with integrated storage, but don't like the options that I could find.
- Lightcarbon LRC018-D
- Tantan FM301
Are there any frames with a more traditional shape that offer integrated storage and ideally tire clearence up to 38mm?

Go for an aero gravel frame like the XMCS GRT or Lightcarbon LCG72 and don't look back. Some manufacturers give you an option to remove the frame and fork mounts if you want a clean look. Also, the added tyre clearance is a bonus.

Cheap and cheerful. They work / have worked for at least Cube and Argon18, so they know a thing or 2 about bikes.

I already have a gravel bike. Using 32mm tires results in a sluggish ride feel - wheel base is too long, amoung other factors. Unfortunately, I've come to love my integrated storage and now want a road bike with the same feature.

With 38mm clearance, you are looking down the all road/endurance frame route which will have a longer wb than a road bike anyway. Some "racier" gravel frames are not that much longer.
-
You're still looking at a wheel base at least 2cm longer, and a slacker HT angle. Which is a way bigger difference than the jump from a "race" bike to an endurance bike is.

Mentech Chemin R also offers internal storage but only 32c clearance

Looks like a mistake. According to the official website, it's 35c: https://store.mentech.com/products/cherming-r-road-bike-frameset?variant=50323475366176
