Bought a budget chinese carbon crankarm , with spindle and chainrings, to go on my Cannondale Synapse Carbon.
Also needed to change the BB, from BB30A to thread-togetehr 24mm, not an issue.
Issue is that the overall BB shell is now too wde for the spindle length of my new crankarm.
I'd like to replace the spindle with a new one, 5mm longer.
Problem is that the spindle itself is fixed at the crankarm in a way I don't understand. There is no visible screw / nuts / thread. Maybe glues together? Or heat press fit?

I can remove the little ring at the interface between crankarm and spindle, but even doing that does not help, nothing good visible, they look like spindle and crankarm were "glued" together, which frankly I don't really think mkakes any engineering sense....
