Title: Hydration Water Bag Backpack
Post by: ktl65 on July 22, 2026, 07:57:36 AM
Can anyone recommend a hydration water bag backpack for mountain biking. I'm looking for something small and lightweight for racing about 2 hours.

2 hours? a single bottle and a flask in your back pocket

Hands Free is nice in technical high pace MTB. So I get the need for a pack.
I would just bite the bullet and get a USWE.

I have had one of these for about 3 years.

The front strap pockets are super convenient for carrying a phone on one side and a couple snacks/plug kit in the other.  Its not obnoxiously large but it carries a pretty good amount of stuff and you can fold up discarded layers or pick up trail finds in the mesh net that folds up into the hideaway pocket on the back bottom).
