Hi together,
First I wanna make clear that I am using mechanical shifting on my mtb with inner cable routing which probably increases the friction a lot. The problem is not on Ltwoo I assume but sitting infront of the screen writing here. That caused, when I started to adjust the shifting, a broken lever mechanism. Haven't opened the lever and took a look inside but I guess a teeth broke off. Right now it's a fixie...
Anyone know how to reduce the force needed to shift? Is it possible to adjust some levers to it? Anyone has experience with that? I guess I will buy on a German website just the lever (Shimano? Or would sram also work?) and still run the TX derailleur. Maybe I could shorten the chain by one link, would you think it could improve the performance? I will have a look for another routing option in the rear, because from exiting the frame I have a kinda tight radius into the derailleur and maybe I find a way to work that out. Thanks.
Check whether the cable has any sharp bends -- run the cable as straight as possible. In addition, sometimes worn cable, housings, and potential rust can cause additional friction. You could try replacing the housing and the cable, or, at very least, try using something like this:

Hi thanks. It's installed brand new. I try to improve on the edges. And the grease looks promising. I will give it a try. Anyone knows if the mtb shifters are adjustable with tension of the mechanism maybe and stuff?
