Dear All: Thanks for all the supporting of our company Haideli, and the brand Tideace. We got the promotion for the full suspension frame FM-XC181 for new year. The price would be USD600/set with free shipping by HKEMS. For the shipping by WXY without tax would be USD700/set(DPD without cutom fee). Item included frame, clamp, headset, and BB92 bottom bracket and one piece downtube chain protective decal. Attached the picture for reference. Dear All: First of all, sorry to hear that the problem some customer meet, we are positive to solve it. Recently we got some email from the groupbuy A order. Now the new mold have been revised, so the problem not exist for the new orders. so do not worried. For the flexing of the down triangel, we also got some suggestion from the rider, our engineer also try their best to solve the problem, and hope to find the best way solve it. And sorry for the late replying, since the Black Friday, we are a little busy, but i will carefully checking all the information and the email we got. Dear All: Have a nice day. Finally we got the solution of the flexing of the frame FS-AM831. The upgrated of the new mold of triangle, if you need it, contact us. Eddy@haidelibicycle.com We also found that JJJ have the idea of the bolts to solve the problem, really thanks for his help and effort. But that's would not be our solution and cannot ensure it would be works. Thanks for all the supporting and understanding. Feel free to contact me via email.
