Step 5: New bolt, two piece design. Fastened in two steps (7 and 8').
Previous design: one piece bolt that was used to preload the crank, became loose and fell of (at least in my case).

Re: Magene P515 PES Spider Powermeter It's been at bike expos for a bit over a year now. For the most part it's similar to cybrei and all the other ones, so it probably comes from the same OEM
