Re: TAGOOLA New Brand Launch：Carbon Fiber Road Rims and Wheelset Promotion I recently received my new wheelset from TAGOOLA and wanted to share my initial impressions. I opted for their wheels with 30mm external/23mm internal width wave rims, upgraded with Wing20 spokes.

Shipping & Packaging:
The shipping was remarkably quick, and everything arrived well-protected. The packaging was professional and secure. What really impressed me was the included quality inspection note and a printed overview of spoke tension measurements, complete with serial numbers - something I haven't seen before, even with more expensive wheels.

Technical Specifications:

External width: 30mm
Internal width: 23mm
Spoke type: Wing20
Total weight: 1,354g
Hub type: Straight pull with ratchet-style freehub
Tubeless-ready: Pre-taped with included valves
The weight is particularly impressive considering the rim width and price point. The hubs feature smooth-spinning, properly greased bearings. The wheels came tubeless-ready with pre-installed tape and included tubeless valves.

Customer Service:
There was a minor mix-up where I received a Shimano freehub body instead of the XDR body I ordered. After a quick message to customer service, they shipped the correct XDR body within two hours - that's exceptional service in my book!

Value:
The total price, including shipping, was excellent for the quality and specifications offered. These wheels present a great value proposition, especially considering the build quality and included accessories.

So far, I'm very impressed with both the wheels and the company's service. I'll update this review once I've put some serious miles on them.

Weight is so nice.

Here is a picture. They were so fast to build them and the communication was amazing. The seller helped  lot.

So far, I strongly recommand them.

The pros :
- Fast shipping and package is well protected
- Communication. They answered to all my questions and gave me some advices
- Rim tape is already installed (it looks the same as the Giant wheelset rimtape), great quality
- Quality looks amazing
- In the package, they put the tension summary. It is the first time that I see a brand to do this.

The cons :
- To not have discovered the brand before.

I  have not tested them yet and I will complete my review after tested them. But they looks amazing and the quality looks perfect and very well finished.

So far, I strongly recommand this brand.

Tagoola wheels are exceptional. A high price doesn't necessarily mean a high-quality product...

They should have checked this forum and seen the positive user feedback.

I can't agree on that. They are good riders, but know very little about equipment and honestly they live in their own bubble.
