Re: Wheeltop EDS GeX Interesting that this is max 51t cassette, whereas the mtb version is 52t.

Looking forward to reviews and pricing.  I've seen Sram mullet mini groupsets for $750... however this Wheeltop would allow the keeping and using of 11sp cassettes, chains and freehub bodies, which is additional cost saving initially, but with options to uprade to more gears later.

Update, Wheeltop website is around $675, so not a big difference from Sram..... Sram comes with the comfort of local support (I'm in the process of replacing an chinese power meter crank on warranty, local support would've been easier and quicker, even though the manufacturer was very helpful)

Re: BXT SL-115 Oh and just a couple more photos for good measure, and because this might be my last build due to the uncertainty over tariffs.

Re: Spcycle New Mold SP-R088 Carbon Road Frame
Have been eying this frame and just ordered it. Pearl White in 58. Still debating about the other parts. Might opt for DI2 105. Or mechanical Ultegra.
I hope I won't regret it. My last China build was over 15 years ago and the frame gave me a lot of problems..

I'd go 105 Di2. While it can accommodate mechanical, I just don't think it'd be fun to route all the cables and hoses. Besides cable routing, the frame itself was easy to work with. I think Chinese carbon frames have gone a long way even in the last 5 years.

Re: Spcycle New Mold G068 Carbon Gravel Frame
Bought this frame as my new daily driver. Still debating about the groupset. Did anyone have problems setting it up mechanical?

I run mechanical GRX 1x12-speed, no trouble whatsoever.

Set it up with Ultegra mechanical fully integrated, it's a pain to install but runs easily :)

Changed the headset for the Ritchey Switch one because of the top cap

Re: Spcycle New Mold SP-R088 Carbon Road Frame I'll post pictures when it arrives and I start to build it up.

I have built a couple of mountain bikes and switched the groupset on my Crux in the past year or so. If I take my time I'm sure i'll get it sorted.

Look forward to seeing how your build goes.

Re: Spcycle New Mold SP-R088 Carbon Road Frame Just a little update as i just took a nice photo of the bike. Going strong after now roughly 700 km. Mostly shorter rides haven’t done a really long ride yet. Absolutely love the bike and don’t have any issues at all. Can‘t wait to do the race on it on may 1st.

Re: Spcycle New Mold SP-R088 Carbon Road Frame I haven't been on my R088 for a week, due to riding either my gravel bike or my other road frame! The way I have it setup, it climbs like a champ! Also the new thru axle feels solid, though to be honest I didn't notice any wheel issues before I discovered the issue with the original TA! I'm thinking of swapping the tires out for some 30c for better road durability, but I love climbing with 25c tires!

A few photos from today's ride.  :)

Re: Spcycle New Mold G068 Carbon Gravel Frame
Whats not good about the paint job?
Just small imperfections around, nothing major. Not a deal breaker for me on a gravel frame.

Build my frame up yesterday, and took it for a quick spinn today. Don't have to much to say about the performance of the frame as of yet, as the headset was a bit loose, so need to fix that before I go all out.
