Re: Lightcarbon: LCR018-D (endurance all-road) I received my frame. Long review to come this week end but in short : I am very amazed with the quality finish of the frame (inside / outside).

NB : I have not ridden it yet. I am looking forward to test it with my lovely Tagoola wheels.

Re: Lightcarbon: LCR018-D (endurance all-road) If anyone is interested: 35mm Michelin Pro 5 on 21mm internal rim gives a 34mm wide tire. I mounted them on a Novatec R5 wheel set.
Total weight front wheel incl 160mm disc, valve and apr. 60ml tire sealant 1165gr.
Total eight rear wheel incl 140m rotor , valve and apr 60ml tire sealant 1340gr

I did not weigh the wheels before mounting the tires since I did not have a scale at work, but:

Michelin Pro 5: 395gr,
VMX rotor from AliExpress front 160mm 145 gr rear 140mm 116gr.
60gr (roughly) sealant

Wheels just under 1400 gr with valves installed. I think that is a nice weight.

Just heard from Wendy that the repaint of my fork will be done this Wednesday, and then everything will be shipped. So I might just have it just before Christmas.

The rim is exactly 40 mm wide and the tire is 39 mm wide at 2 bar.

It's something around 770 mm from center BB to center sattle rails. A bit hard to measure while I don't removed my 15 mm SB seat post.

Don't get confused, first picture it's just for how I measured it ;)

Gloss clear over carbon.

Over the years I’ve stripped 14 frames down to bare carbon and re clear coated them.
It’s always been my thing, so it was the only choice I was interested in.
Plus it’s lighter and less expensive.

I personally hate logos, or any writing on my frames so it’s as bare as they come.

I went with a 52 and 380-110 bars.
It’ll have XPLR Force mech and cassette with force crank and 48t or 50 Garbaruk chainring.

It’ll be build within a day of the frame arriving, but that’s probably 6 weeks from now.
Happy to take pics, weights or whatever when it’s done.

I’ve got some thoughts on modifying the storage door, but I need to see it in person before I know the mods will work.
I want the aero cages to sit flush with the downtube, but I think in standard form there will be a gap which will look weird.

Re: Lightcarbon: LCR018-D (endurance all-road) Christmas came early, my size 50 frame arrived yesterday. Happy with the quality and looks sharp. Seems to have sustained damage and speaking with Chloe now. I am leaning to shipping damage as the mark is obvious. Hearing LC has good QC, I don't think they would have shipped it, looking like that. No doubt they will help me out, as Chloe already answered my first email sent last night.
