Alisa told me that semi integrated cable routing through the headset cover would be possible, but they do not have anything available for that. Has anyone built the frame with a conventional stem? If so, which headset upper did you use?

Yes. Ive done this. The most options would be available for the FSA No 55. headset for aftermarket solutions or the FSA No 69. SRS if you want to use a stock one. The first post on this thread has more details on headset compatibility.
