disassemble the preload bolt with a 6 and 10mm hex. Then softly tighten it with the rubber reinstalled. This worked for me.

Re: Magene P515 PES Spider Powermeter So, i think you need to install the rubber ring first of all. Then get the manual and follow the instruction in the reverse order i think you should be fine :) I hope you didn't ruin the threads :)
