I run 700X50C WTB Tires on 25mm internal width wheels. The tires measure 52.3mm when mounted. I have roughly 2.5mm of clearance on each side. I would not want to go any wider at all.

Recently installed a new bottom bracket and switched out to a praxis works crankset. Also switched the cassette out to an 11-46 as the bike will be spending the next 3 months in Brevard, NC on some gnarly pisgah forest gravel. All of the info for this frame says you need a hangar extender to run a cassette larger than 42, however, mine shifts flawlessly with this 11-46 cassette coupled with a 40T absolute black oval chainring. The derailleur seems to end up in a very odd position when on the 46, but it functions perfectly. Wil have better feedback after riding some 20% grades in NC soon.

I now have around 3000 miles of gravel riding on the bike and have very few complaints. My main complaint is ive had a tough time keeping the headset adjusted properly. It seems to always be either a touch loose or a touch too tight. Much more difficult than any other bike ive ever had to get it just right. Seems to be very little leeway. I also ended up having to put silicone in all of the mounting points on the frame that i do not use (Fender mounts) in order to keep gravel and debris from getting inside the frame while riding. One last thing is that it took a LOT of carbon paste and a slightly higher torque setting to get the seat post to hold when riding rough gravel.

Re: LightCarbon Gravel LCG074-D Micro Suspension Pivot Design I actually ordered one with a custom paint job and it is currently in transit. So did a friend of mine. It's indeed a bit of a gamble whether the pivot will be reliable.

I'll post pictures once the frames arrive and will keep you informed on the build.

Re: Assisting Force AF01 Ordered mine last friday, size XL, ETD before 10.30 with custom painting. Received their new seatpost for AF01 seperately just earlier last month. 27.2*400mm, 189g with steel bolts(M6*30+M6*35) & alumium saddle clamps & base. 176g after titanium bolts & carbon saddle base swapped. Will get some pics later.

Can add better ones later. The inside of the frame (bottom bracket and headset area) looks really clean.

Re: Winspace G3 New G3 build.  Fits 2.1 Thunder Burts with plenty of clearance at the front and enough clearance in the back.  I was hoping to be able to fit 2.25 tires in, but it definitely won't fit "properly".  Everything else is great, geo fits me well, no complaints.

Re: TAGOOLA New Brand Launch：Carbon Fiber Road Rims and Wheelset Promotion Here is my first part of the review of my Tagoola wheelset.

1) This is the second wheelset I have ordered from them. For information , I also ordered from XM carbon speed, Zen and Wheelsfar (for me and for friends) and my preference goes for Tagoola.
Why ? Because the communication with Matter is always on top, prices and quality are good and above all it seems that are developing some new products (hubs, carbon spokes,...). They also give more importance than other brands to the reliability and solidity of the products.

2) The wheelset arrived in a strong package and included tubeless valve and the datasheet. It is so nice to have the spoke tension and some data. The rim tape was already installed.

They used to attached a "manual" data sheet but They will use the Spokecalc software in the future in order to synthesize all the information (included rim, hub...) (sample in picture). It might not be useful for everybody but It shows that They want to be a pro seller. None of the brand I know do this.

3) All my previous wheelset were built with DT 240 exp hub. But this time I wanted to test something new and I chose their new ultra light hub (Tactic TR01 like) with a 48 T Ratchet system (50 mm depth, brass nipples and Sapim CX-ray). The freehub sound is so gorgeous. I will only be able to ride them in two weeks and I will made the review next after.

The max rider weight is 120-130 kg (more than I need ^^) and front weight is 656 g and rear 731 g. So 1387 g in totale with brass nipples.

The quality of the rim is very nice (no defect, no sharpe angle,...) and I choose to have their new logo on it. I find it modern and I like it very much. Their rim tape looks exactly the same as on Giant wheels. It looks strong. Each rim has a serial number and a "QC" sticker. I also asked to have a drain hole. They don't do this automatic, so be careful.

So far so good and I will confirm (or not 😁) the overall good impression later.
