Re: VoiceVelo Echo (aero frame) Hi everyone, a quick update from Italy.
Today I won a circuit race with this beautiful machine. I attacked with about 800 meters to go and managed to hold off the group until the finish.

I’m really happy with this bike — especially the handlebar, the stiffness is really impressive. In fact, I’m ordering another one to mount on my other bike.

And with deep-section wheels, it also looks absolutely stunning.

Re: Spect Strada Asked Aerofor about the Strada frame and custom painting. First they said they offer "custom service", whatever that means, they even asked if I have a design idea. I’ve presented my idea and they’ve said they do not do custom painting at the moment, but they do plan it in the future. So not really sure if this is a translation problem or if they are just bi-polar ;D

Anyway, then they proceeded with sharing photos of their Mira frame I didn’t even ask for, so feel free to check the photoalbum: https://ibb.co/album/rkrDPZ. A bit of an overspray on the BB, not really sure if I would use this as a marketing material xD.

They’ve also confirmed both frames use FSA ACR headset, they’ve also hinted there is a gravel frame coming.

Re: Sensah Electronic Groupset (14 speed?) For those seeking exotic groupsets, bear in mind that patents can be (are) geography dependent. This came up on a recent Nero Show with Joe from Panda Podium, or something like that, can't remember.
So, when there are questions around 1. why is this groupset not available outside China 2. is it true it might not work / risks getting bricked outside of China, it might simply be a legal protection.
Point being, don't assume it's a conspiracy theory so the white man pays more, and that you'd be scoring a great deal going exotic.

Having installed lots of twoo electronic groups, starting with the first gen, my only recommendation is: dont. do not be an early adopter, not now that you can get mini groups from shimano di2 on aliexpress at very decent prices. Out of all the bikes i've built, virtually all the issues that arise are groupset related, and almost all of these are electronic ltwoo related. When the stuff works, it works. But much more often than you'd like, it doesnt. And that's extremely annoying. All the more now that (i'm in Europe) tariffs, shipping, and general shenanigans on Aliexpress have increased prices 40% in a few months. It used to be that you could replace a shifter or derailleur or battery housing for cheap. Not anymore. Do look at replacement parts, 1 shifter can now cost half of what i paid for the entire ltwoo group. And you're hostage of that, if the rear derailleur or a shifter needs replacing, you either replace it, or scrap the entire group, there's no in between when it's electronic.

Re: Spect Strada The latest news I’ve seen recently is that this company is getting sued for misleading consumers.

First, they claim their products are TÜV certified, but there's zero record of it on the TÜV site, and they refuse to produce an actual test report.

Second, they're refusing to provide GB standards documentation—which is required by law for any product sold in mainland China. Selling without GB compliance is straight-up illegal over there.

Regardless of how the legal stuff shakes out, my advice is to stay far away from such a sketchy company.
