If you're only using it on Zwift and even with virtual shifting, why not forget about the cassette and shifters entirely and just use the Zwift cog instead?

Clarification of some issues regarding the LCR018-D frame set, 1, the seat post have two options: 0mm offset and 15mm offset, The second option was originally designed with a 20mm offset, but after testing, we found a 15mm offset to be more stable, so that's the final version. The default offset for the seatpost is 0mm, as the 15mm seatpost is still in production. 2. about the max chainring a. If use Shimano crankset, max 2x chainring 54-40T, max 1x chainring 42T (smaller ones are all fine). b. If use Sram crankset, max 2x chainring 56-43T, max 1x chainring 54T (smaller ones are all fine). if install the chainring Sram 56-43T with CL 45mm, there is a space width 5.8mm to the frame, it's enough, if 1X 54T, the space is 7.8mm, check the attached photos. I would never rely on ANY Ali store or brand for ANY sort of technical clothing. Just spend the money once and get a good and tested quality product from a reliable brand. This sort of comment is antithetical to the entire existence of this forum. Why are you even here? People here discuss which particular carbon wheelsets and bike frames to buy from Ali express. People send it down mountainsides riding atop stuff they buy from Ali express and come here to discuss whether it's worth risking their life on this brand or this other brand. And you're saying a gilet is too technical to buy from Ali express? For sure, some clothes from places like Ali express are crap and will lead to the buyer having a bad time. But some are just fine and represent significant savings over many western brands with the same performance (almost all of which is made by some third party factory in china, anyway). The whole point of this website AND THIS PARTICULAR THREAD is trying to share which ones worked and didn't work for us. For the record, all my winter kit came from Ali express, except for my gloves. And it's all been fine (except for the gloves). Proper western branded winter kit is stupidly expensive. I would actually say, prohibitively expensive. It would be literally too expensive ride in winter with the prices these days, for me. The price to buy 2 pair of winter bibs, jerseys, jackets, gloves, shoe covers, and caps all from reputable US retailers would probably cost more than a Wahoo Kickr Core smart trainer that I could use indoors for the duration of the winter (and every winter after). FYI; EssilorLuxottica own 80% of the global, yes Global glasses industry! Some of their product lines have mark-ups of 1000% to 2000%! The sunglass market has higher mark-ups than the jewelry industry. (For many consumers sunglasses are jewelery.) The sunglass industry is one of the Biggest consumer ripoff markets around. As for any carbon seatpost in a aluminium frame, don't ever orient the seat post collar facing backwards. The sharp tube relief corners will dig into your post, as you can see, and crack. I can see your crack is in exactly that spot. The elita one manual that came with your seatpost even says this... I've been riding an elita one seatpost in aluminium frame for 2 year no problem. What size would people recommend for someone 169cm tall and 73cm inseam? I'm guessing 52? Trying to get a frame for my girlfriend but it'll be her first road bike. We had tried out the Fuji Transonic 2.1 in 54cm that seemed to fit pretty well, and it seems like the LCR018 in 52 is pretty close. Lots of people ask this kind of question. But any answer isn't better than no answer. And many people will be reluctant to advise you based on the information provided. A couple of things to keep in mind when figuring out her fit: - A 54 is not a 54 is not a 54. Depending on the brand (assuming they even use numeric sizing) a given seat-tube length may refer to different things. Some folks measure the seat tube at its top, or at the top of where the top-tube joins the seat-tube, or at where the center-line of the top-tube joins the seat-tube. In the past it was easier because (essentially) all top-tube were horizontal, and frame sizes were available in 1 or 2cm increments. Now days, particularly with the cost of molds, fewer sizes are typically available, typically leaving us with more difference between sizes and and a narrower range from small to large. - Lots of people like to fit using stack and reach, but these are measured from the BB and ignore the angles of the seat and head tubes. So this doesn't directly correlate to how ones body is configured. But it hints at one of the key factors to basic fit: the relationship between the length the riders legs and the length of their torso varies. - This means that leg length and height aren't sufficient to fit your girlfriend. If you find a bike with a position that is comfortable for her, its possible to work backwards by measuring from the bars to the seat; and center of the saddle to center of the handlebar. - Also of concern is the rider's flexibility, both physical and mental. Some riders, even new riders, are comfortable down low like a time-trialist, right from the start. Others will never get into that position. And many will start more upright and work their way lower with experience and training. Someone on a forum won't know as well as you your girlfriends physical abilities and goals for purchasing a road bike. Try going back to a bike shop, and see what feels good for her. Then measure saddle height, saddle to handlebar reach, and drop from the top of the saddle to the top of the handlebars. Those are working measures that will get you off on the right foot. The LCR018 has some flexibility for fitting (perhaps you've already noticed) including 0mm and 15mm setbacks for the seat(post) and a wide range of available handlebar width/(stem)lengths for an integrated handlebar. Ack. I bought SRAM. I’ll get some adapters then. Sorry for the confusion, so I need adapters for both the front and back? Or just the rear?
