Frame arrived on Wed. Very well packaged, and all wrapped in that stretchy foam roll. Haven't fully unpacked it yet - want to keep it protected to take to get built. But I did open up the bars enough to look them over and confirm they are the 380/110 I ordered so very happy about that. The finish that I can see so far is excellent so no reason to believe the rest of it won't be just as good. You are welcome! It seems quite heavier than anticipated and without paint Well, they say weight doesn't matter so much....I guess we're about to find out  It does look nice though

One 5mm spacer is required otherwise it’s not possible to tighten one of the screws.

wonder how they installed the headset cover to make such a smooth transitioning with the handlebar anyone up for recording an ASMR build up video  ?

Headset bearings are always installed with the outer 45° chamfer edge facing into the frame of each cup. Are you planning to ride this frame in the future and record more videos? The frame looks damn interesting, but the quality scares me. I choose heavy aero frames for myself at a price of 1000-1500 $ and I am confused by the price of this frame, whether it can be really high-quality. November 06, 2025, 09:32:43 PM |

Had another spin on her today. English winter shite weather so not pushing hard, but the cheeky headwind here and there was a useful test ground. I think the position I can adopt on this is going to be quite the game changer. Aero and sustainable, for me at least. Steep seat angle and relatively high stack is very comfortable with hands on hoods/horizontal forearms. I think I may go full Arne/Jan-Willem and pop a higher stem on to try for a semi praying mantisy set up just to see. 5'10 and on the 58 btw Have popped my nice XMCS wheels on it which has added to the fun and made it feel very lively. On the scales it's a good kilo and a half heavier than my FL1 but I don't notice it on the road. I know Patrick compared it to a 2003 Nissan Zee, and totally respect that, but for me it's more like an AM Vanquish or Bentley Conti GT. She's not like a whip crack, all nervous skittering energy, but will lift her skirts and progress at a fair lick if you give her some oomph November 27, 2025, 02:47:32 PM |
