Re: Seraph Bikes Superlight 836g X68 - Alternative to SL8 Fakes?
I want to replace some screws with Ti-Screws. My frame didn‘t arrive yet, I can send you dimensions when I get the frame. So excited, since it’s the first bike I‘ll build.it comes with the seatpost di2 holder. It dangles from the bottom of the seatpost, so depending on your saddle height, you may have to cut your seatpost to make it work. December 16, 2025, 09:35:52 AM |

Pretty much in the same situation. Frame is on its way to me and I am trying to get everything ready in advance for a smooth build

Re: Seraph Bikes Superlight 836g X68 - Alternative to SL8 Fakes?
I've just seen in a video of a Specialized SL8 build you need a special brake adapter for the front brake with the specialized fork. Is it the same with the X68?Yes, its shipped with the bike. Like the sl8, the spacing is non standard and you can only run a 160 rotor. December 16, 2025, 01:36:04 PM |

Has anybody mounted aerobars on their Tantan cockpit?I dont think its possible unless you can conjour up a custom clamping system.Theres no mounting system like factor, and the bars are not round. The bars are ripoffs of the roval rapides bars on sl8's January 12, 2026, 01:39:11 PM |

Re: Seraph Bikes Superlight 836g X68 - Alternative to SL8 Fakes?
I have a problem with the cockpit installation. I got the brake hoses through the cockpit, but when I want to install the cockpit on the fork it gets pushed to the right as if there is some cable tension. I don't know wehre it comes from, since I disassembled it and reassembled it without seeing an issue. How did you all install the cockpit? When everything is assembled, try to unscrew the caliper (front or right or both) and turn it of 360°. I hope you will understand 😅. January 13, 2026, 10:25:35 AM |

Oh so you mean the brake hose is twisted? Almost, not really twist but the natural curve of the hose is not on the right side. January 13, 2026, 02:06:46 PM |
