Re: Replica Factor Ostro VAM
I would assume that the hole for the rear derailleur would be too small and require filing as it is designed for Di2 battery cables. I don’t think mechanical is a good idea since you would need to route your shifter cables through the integrated headset.

Re: Replica Factor Ostro VAM
Not on this frame specifically but I did full internal through the headset on my gravel bike with GRX and it works perfectly. If the housing can exit near the rear axle I don't see why it wouldn't work, so that's probably the limitation.

Re: New Tantan Seraph X71 - Replica Factor Ostro VAM V2 (UDH)
They also asked that I extend the shipping by 5 days again. They said it would ship before the end of the 5 days. Unless someone has been reading without raise their hand, it looks like I will be the first from the forum. I will gladly take pictures once I have it.

FWIW there is an elite-level racer here in Chicago that has been using a replica Ostro VAM for the past two seasons. He races against the top crit teams in the country.Which manufacturer? Do you know? September 19, 2025, 11:04:24 AM |

Re: New Tantan Seraph X71 - Replica Factor Ostro VAM V2 (UDH)
It would be great to hear from others if their TT X71 frameset also have the seat tube blocked off like mine. I find it so peculiar. I cant think of a reason for it.
