Re: Replica Factor Ostro VAM I would assume that the hole for the rear derailleur would be too small and require filing as it is designed for Di2 battery cables. I don’t think mechanical is a good idea since you would need to route your shifter cables through the integrated headset.

Re: Replica Factor Ostro VAM Not on this frame specifically but I did full internal through the headset on my gravel bike with GRX and it works perfectly. If the housing can exit near the rear axle I don't see why it wouldn't work, so that's probably the limitation.

It's probably difficult to substantiate performance of the frame. I mean it doesn't seem to be holding him back. At the very least the frameset has been able to take abuse at the highest level.
