I ordered an ltwoo er7 groupset from 318 bike store. I ordered it from them because they were the only ones who answered questions during the pre-sale, while the other sellers either didn't answer or didn't answer some of them.
They confirmed that the derailleur has a 24-month warranty. I hope that's true, but reading here on the forum, I saw that there were a few issues, some of which were resolved and others not.
The groupset included a battery, and both the cables and levers had pre-filled oil.
I paid €333 for the groupset + €31 for customs and VAT (22% Italian VAT). It arrived after about 3 weeks, but was stuck first in the Netherlands and then at Italian customs for almost 2 weeks.
The seller was always communicative, confirming the shipment and reminding me that I would pay customs duties myself by messaging me via WhatsApp.
I installed and configured the derailleur in about a couple of hours.
The groupset on the app is recognized as ERX and not ER7.
The only thing I don't understand, but I think it's a limitation of the ER7 compared to the ER9 and ERX, is that the front derailleur doesn't have a trim function, only a high and low position.
Has anyone had the same problem or had the chance to try an ER7?
It would also be interesting to know if the rear derailleur is interchangeable with the ER7, as it is with the ER9 and ERX.
Does anyone have both and can test them out?

I had read that the ERX, EGR, and ER9 were interchangeable.
As for the trim, I don't know if it's actually due to the restriction of the ER7 or if it's still a new unit and there are some bugs or maybe some mistake of mine.

I correct what I said yesterday, the trim position is there and works well also in er7, it was my mistake that I didn't understand how to make it work

I also bought the groupset from 318 Bike Store; I got an ER7.
He also contacted me via WhatsApp. He had my order details and told me his name was Yang.
He only asked me to verify that the order was correct before processing it, and reminded me that I would have to pay customs duties and VAT once the package arrived.
To be safe and out of fear of an AliX data breach (I'm an IT professional and see things like this every day), I contacted support, who told me the phone number belonged to 318 Bike Store.
Personally, I've had a good experience with 3118 Bike Store; they've always answered all my pre- and post-sale questions. I hope they have the same attitude in case of problems.

Hello everyone, since batteries are sensitive to the cold, and I live in Italy's, Aosta Valley, where temperatures drop to -10°C in winter, do you think it's better to remove the battery and bring it indoors at home? If you leave the battery disconnected for a long time, will the parameters be reset, or are they saved to an EEPROM and remain saved?

I also have a Senicx  PR3 3-bolt crankset  with 46-30 and an 11-28 cassette on my bike. The front derailleur isn't exactly shifting perfectly, especially now that I've gone from 11 to 12 speeds. It's not perfect at going from 30 to 46 "under stress", but the opposite works well
To be honest, it wasn't perfect also with the mechanical Shimano R7000 derailleur I had before, either, so I think it's a crankset or chainring issue.
Have you had the same problem?
Are there any chainrings I could use that work better?
Or do I have a Shimano R5800 crankset (with worn chainrings) Do you know of any aftermarket chainrings for this that work well?

Sorry for the silly question, but I don't understand one thing. While I understand the fine tuning of the rear derailleur, I don't understand the fine tuning of the front derailleur. By reading the guide and watching YouTube videos, I adjusted the upper and lower limit switches, but what's the purpose of fine tuning the front derailleur from the app, or at least how do I use it?
I have the low limit set to 18 and the high limit set to 84.
If I try to fine-tune the large cog and small chainring, or the small chainring and large cog, it tells me to adjust the limit switches.
If I adjust it by moving to the intermediate rear cogs, it changes the values, but it also changes the limit switch. For example, with an 11-28 cassette, if I move to 25, it fine-tunes the position, and if I move it back by 2 settings, it also moves the limit switch by 2 settings, so in my case, it's either 16 or 82.
The same thing I don't understand is how to do it or what the purpose of calibrating the front derailleur is. If I press the button, it tells me to put the chain on the small chainring and then move the front derailleur to position 0, and then...? What should I do?

Really surprised there's not more noise about the LTWOO ER7 groupset, with discounts I managed to get it for £278.37......

it's got a the different rear mech without the swinging link, the front mech looks very similar to the ERX and the shifters have the newer ergonomic hoods and levers - they are probably alloy levers though.

Now on to the shifters and some other subtle differences, there is a bluetooth function that does not appear on my Gen 3 ERX levers that allows the app to update the shifter firmware, also I can only get the ER7 rear mech to pair with the supplied ER7 shifters.

I tried to pair the mech with some EGR shifters and it won't find them - however I can get the new ER7 shifters to pair with the older Gen3 ERX mech

Also firmware - my ERX mech is at 1.7 and the ER7 is at 1.2 - for some reason I was thinking they'd be the same because i'd assumed the internals would be the same, clearly not.

Other changes, the rear mech has an extended cable port and a cable loop clip, and the function button seems to be in a much more convenient position.
