Re: LightCarbon Gravel LCG074-D Micro Suspension Pivot Design Ok, I haven't taken the time yet to take proper pictures, but these are the first ones I took after I unpacked the frame.

Can add better ones later. The inside of the frame (bottom bracket and headset area) looks really clean.

Yesterday I ordered one.
Lightcarbon LCG074S-D
I opted for stem only and not integrated handlebars since I do bikepacking and I want that round tube nest to the stem, to fit aerobars and other stuff for the bikepacking.
I chose Two custom colors, and the SP02 25mm setback seatpost to get a slightly more relaxed position.
Plan is to use this one for "Nordic Chase" which is a 800 km gravel race between Copenhagen (capital of Denmark) and Oslo (capital of Norway) passing through Sweden (my country)

I have a ToSeek carbon gravel handlebar and a Shimano GRX 1x12 setup (40T front, 10-51 back) waiting in my garage.

As we speak there is a wheelset built in the Tagoola factory (50mm deep, 32 internal width) that I hope will be awesome.

The two images are a Lightcarbon picture with a setup similar to mine, and the very design sheet showing my color choice.

Paint job (2 colours) was $180. A friend of mine got the same frame with a chameleon effect (looks even better than mine) and that was $120.

I went for a Rival group, but swapped with Force for weight savings (crank set) or looks (cassette and purple chain).

Build was quite easy. The most fiddly bit was routing the brake hose through the handlebar. I'm not the best at that and don't have proper tools for the job.

Keep in mind that the mandatory spacer to hide the brake haves for the integrated handlebar will raise the stack quite a bit.

I went for a 38t. Plenty of space left, but they spec 42t as the maximum.
SRAM XPLR cranksets are always of the "road wide standard) IIRC.

Quality of the frame is very good. BB and head tube area inside is flawless.

The wheels are from Yishun. Have already had 4 other wheelsets of theirs. Mostly with DT Swiss hubs and Sapim CX Ray spokes but since this is a bit of a "budget" build I chose their default setup: unbranded hubs and Pillar spokes.

Yishun branded frames also appear to be manufactured by Lightcarbon, so there is some cooperation between the two.

How good is it compared to other gravel frames? I don't know since I'm primary a road cyclist that has a hardtail MTB for the colder months.

So when looking at the comfort, I have the feeling that the rear of the bike is more comfortable than my mtb. However I don't know how much of that is due to the suspension pivot and how much to the flexing seat post.
I don't have the feeling that the system is giving me any issues that a flexy rear triangle might. Power transfer is fine as far as I can tell, no disk brake rub etc.

I am flying to Africa today so just a very quick assembly late last night.
Tagoola XPLR wheels with 50 mm tires, and Shimano GRX. Toseek carbon handlebar and Trek gravel saddle.

Re: LightCarbon Gravel LCG074-D Micro Suspension Pivot Design So far I really like it. I have tested it on a few nice gravel roads, a bit of single trail, normal roads. Feels good, except for steep descents... which is not really the terrain it is build for.

Maybe I will swap the stem for a shorter one. Maybe also swap the drop bar to something with more flare.
