Round seat post clamps are like $5 USD. Here I thought you were dealing with a custom clamp for an aero seat post. This is the equivalent of buying bar tape or some other minor sh*t. Suck it up and stop being a cry baby! You clearly didn’t read my post to the end, I agree with you that a clamp is a cheap part. That’s not the issue. The problem is that Winspace tried to charge me USD 15 for the clamp (plus USD 30 shipping) while insisting the failure was “normal” and “not a defect,” even though the part broke spontaneously in under 2 years. This isn’t about a $5 part , it’s about how their after-sales service dismisses obvious defects. If that’s how they react to a minor issue, imagine their stance on a major warranty claim.
