Re: Velobuild AERO GRAV Frame I bought some plain black flat headed M5x12 that I somehow thought would be nylon ... but turned out to be stainless steel. Not very light, but being black and low profile made them blend in very nicely to the frame. Not even sure if I will bother to try to source nylon bolts again.

Waynifa bolts are also a solid choice, but a bit overkill just for blinding off unused screw holes IMHO.

The head cap should be mounted with a screw and underneath there's a hex socket to mount the expander body.
