Re: Carbonda Cfr 1056 Having assembled a bike with parts identical to yours, I'd like to give you some advice regarding the groupset.
Let me start by saying that I'm not an athlete, just an amateur who enjoys cycling.
 I quickly purchased the 105 Di2 groupset with a crankset from an Italian website, thinking it would save money. After a few months, I also wanted to add the Magene power meter, so I have a 105 crankset sitting around gathering dust. Had I opted for the Ultegra groupset (without a crankset), I would have spent less, considering the deals on AliExpress like this one https://it.aliexpress.com/item/1005009369918143.html

As for assembly, don't worry, nothing is impossible. In fact, watch a few videos. You'll face moments when you want to break everything, but relax! It's all very simple and straightforward, and there are tons of guides online or on this forum to help you solve problems. Then you can say you've assembled a bike yourself, which is no small feat.

P.S. Also, get a torque wrench it's essential, enjoy :)

Background: I've tinkered about on some bikes, done basic repairs, but have never built a bike from scratch before and have no experience with electronic shifters or hydraulic brakes.

I'm moderately handy, but this is potentially on the edge of my abilities, so any constructive advice, criticism and suggestions are welcome.

Don't buy the headset from Carbonda the bearing are not good. It's been mentioned multiple times in the thread. I went straight with a FSA NO. 55R/558 1.5 ACR headset.

For chain:
1. chain splitting tool
2. quick-link pliers (if using quick links)

For bottom bracket and crankset:
1. cup or wrench compatible with BBR60
2. crankset pre-load cap tool (may come with crankset)

For brake:
1. hose cutting tool
2. needle/barb tool
3. wrench for flare nut (I think it's 8mm but it's best to consult the Shimano manual)

For cassette:
1. cassette lockring tool

For general assembly:
1. multi-purpose grease
2. carbon fiber grip paste
3. retaining compound

For anything related to your groupset, the manuals found on Shimano's website will list the tools (with their specific sizes) you need. If you haven't already, it may be a good idea to watch a road bike assembly video or two on YouTube.
