Re: Lightcarbon: LCR018-D (endurance all-road)
Finallyyyyy done. Now time to give it some beans. Planning to use it for fast bunch rides, crits, gravel races, and more. Very happy with the looks and quality of the frame. Let's hope the storage door holds up. Feels rigid now. EDIT: first ride is in the books. Feels very fast, comfy, smooth. Probably partly due to the 40mm tires. Tires are rubbing when getting out of the saddle while putting some power down. It seems the LC statement of 38mm max is true. I'll change the tires for road setup soon. Very interested to feel the bike with 28mm front and 30mm rear tire. This is a size 54 with 80mm sadle height and 120/380mm bar from LC. I'm 183 with 89cm inseam. The bike feels quite short. Stack feels good but I wouldn't mind a slightly longer reach. An even longer stem would put the weight too much forward though. Size 56 with a non-rise cockpit would possibly fit me better. It's all within margin though and I expect I'll be able to get used to it. March 31, 2026, 09:29:56 AM |

Very nice! Jim may get a chuckle when you order because he and I went back-and-forth on color swatches until we settled on a very similar color to yours. Ask him to see the color YS 2280-1. That should get you close to what you’re thinking. Good choice on the color thank you, will do that!

Re: Lightcarbon: LCR018-D (endurance all-road)
New to the forum. Just ordered size 47 (incl BB) with a 380/90 bar combo. Also ordered some gravel wheels as well. the 26mm wide 40mm depth with cx-ray spokes ($489). Total cost $1552 which is about £1240. Delivery was $283 no taxes DPD. Thought about a colour but cost and time frame (quoted 3-4 weeks extra) wasn't of interest. Will be transferring the bits from my current bike on it. Wheels going on my wife's gravel bike.
