Re: ICAN Flyee Frameset Wanted to share my Flyee build! I've been riding as a training bike for about a month and it's been great.

It weighs about 16.5 lb as shown, lighter wheels would help a lot to bring the weight down.

My only gripe with the frame is that I wish the front end had more stack. I could size up the frame but then the reach would probably be too long for me. The flyee geo is very similar to other 56cm road race bikes on the market but I prefer a higher front end these days especially on my training bike. Problem solved with an extra stem spacer but it's not my favorite solution. I used a kocevelo acr style top cap with a 3d printed stem interface from Aprotobike that pairs nicely with a kalloy uno ultralight stem.

Ride quality is really nice, the thin tubes and lots of exposed seatpost eat up lots of road buzz and feels great through bumpy corners. It is still plenty stiff, i have nothing to complain about even with my meager 1450 watt sprint. It surges really well and overall feels very premium. I have ridden many mainstream carbon road bikes and this thing definitely competes with all of them.

Build process was simple, my brake mounts were faced and there were no notable snags overall. BB threads did not need chasing and all the bolt threads were clean and smooth. I wish Ican had provided a headset with the purchase, but I was able to rig up something that I'm happy with in the end.

Re: XC hardtail for 2026 Sorry for the slow response.

My build has gone quite well so far. Ive done a number of rides on the bike and starting to feel pretty good about it.
This bike is being built up as an XC training bike, i race XCO/XCM

Build spec so far
Frame: Snakemax
Fork: Fox 34 SC Elite
Wheels/tyres: ive run 3 differet sets but as photographed its Industry 9 hubs, DT spokes, Lightbicycle carbon rims 30mm internal w/Rekon Race 2.4" tyres
Dropper: "RACE WORK" Chineese wireless dropper
Saddle: Specialized Power 155mm
Bars/Stem:100mm -17 deg stem with a canyon XC bar - im changing this setup to find what best fits
Cranks: Deore 165mm with Xcadey PM
Drivetrain: LTWOO TX 1x12 Carbon/ Garbaruk 10-50 casette / XT chain
Brakes:Deore 4piston
Bottle cages: Supercatz

I bought the frame from the "carbomania Official Store" - this is them directly, they were great to dealwith, shipping was on time.
The internal headset routing isnt fantastic, I feel like I need to make a few tweaks to get it sitting right into the headset. The vibrtation of cables inside the frame was itinially quite loud, i'd recommend using anto vibration foam.
