Re: Quickpro Zeit Pro Gen 2? Anyone have any info/experience with this bike?
It's a very fast bike, but at the same time it absorbs the bumps of less good asphalt very well. I'm really happy with it; I chose it for its size, which allows you to not have too much space under the handlebars. In any case, it's a bike that can easily be used in competition; it's fast but absorbs bumps very well. Mine is equipped with an Ultegra Di2 and has Campagnolo Levante wheels (gravel with a 25 channel) that weigh 1.5 kg, and the bike weighs exactly 7.6 kg including the 300-gram pedals. It only shares the frame measurements with Carbonda, but otherwise the bike is completely different, both in terms of the carbon fibre and the finishing touches. June 22, 2026, 12:30:13 AM |

Re: XMCS - 2026 VRT
Yup I just remembered the other logo mock up and was wondering if they'd go ahead with it. The post seems to suggest that another name might also be used. XMCS for now. We are talking about something similar to Aerys, but IF we find something suitable that is not trademarked, it will take at least 6-9 months to be able to use it. You log the trademark application in EUIPO, and then have to wait a fixed period for others to object to your application. Possibly because they feel there is too much similarity etc. it’s pretty damn complicated. July 09, 2026, 12:37:53 AM |

Re: XMCS - 2026 VRT
The P Zero SLR 28c measure 31.7mm on the 26-33 rims. An allen key of 8mm just fits between chain stay and tire. 8.5mm does not fit without rubbing. So 8mm it is with a +-32mm WAM tires. Recaculating this: 35mm WAM => 6.5mm clearance 38mm WAM => 5.0mm clearance 40mm WAM => 4.0mm clearance. 42mm WAM => 3.0mm clearance 44mm WAM => 2.0mm clearance A 40c tire (e.g Caracal Race) will blow up to 42-44 WAM on a 26i rim. That will not be a good idea. A 35c, WAM 38 will work OK imo. Derailler space for 2x can’t replicate yet (can next month as we have a 2x GT customer build coming in. I did measure the space between the derailler mounting holes and the tire: about 3cm. Feels to me like there will be room for 2x with 38WAM. July 28, 2026, 06:44:46 AM |
