I raced all of them, except speeder, in local mountain race the same descent 90kmh+ with turns. And I would say there’s no real difference.+-10 mm stem has a much bigger perceived effect. Of course, theoretically, a longer base slightly increases stability, but you can’t really feel or measure it on a bike. I would add that every time you change something on the bike, the change will seem very noticeable at first, but it’s just old habits that disappear after a few days. For example, years ago I found the 36‑inch handlebar to be too narrow for me; now the distance between hoods on my bike is about 24 if not 22 cm, and I don’t experience any of the problems that arose in my head during the first days of using it
