Just interested can anyone suggest about size 54 or 56 as currently i am on Focus Culebro SL 2.0 2014(i think this is model 99% sure) and recently had a bike fit with my current bike.
According to his bike fit my reach to handlebar is 495mm and stack is 575mm and i have 655 mm height to handlebars (80 mm stacked with spacers) - i measured stack and total height so could be up n down a bit.
Saddle height is 785 mm so just interested no idea if i'm missing smth with size 54 with saddle height also.
Right now i have it size 54 with 100mm stem and 8mm added stack (according to their specs in mail).
It is shorter in height but i assume relaxed geometry will give similar position or should i just go size 56 to have more flexibility in height and reach is very similar.
I am 185 mm height with shorter legs and inseam of 81 mm (longer torso and shorter legs).
First bike i bought was 2 big for me (bike fitter shortened my stem from 110 mm to 60 mm) so just scared about going 2 big again.

54 frame + 100 mm HBR17.   They both have almost the same top tube length.  forget about reach unless you mean top tube length as they are two totally different measurements.  The 54 has 29mm more stack than your focus.  The other thing to consider is the reach on the bar itself.  How do they compare?

first LCR018 i built up, i needed to face the brake mounts. this time the mounts were faced perfectly by LC.

fingers crossed, i hope she likes it

Re: Lightcarbon: LCR018-D (endurance all-road) For those curious about the v1 vs v3 door. I have attached a picture below of the different covers, the metal plate and a close up of the new lock.

To install the new door, it took me (my dad) more time to find the rivet gun than to do the job. No instructions provided but very straight forward. Remove old cover and downtube bag, drill out old rivets, pull old plate out, line up new plate with rivets loose in the holes, squeeze rivet gun x2 and finally install the new cover. Quick tips, put a paper towel in the downtube to catch any metal shavings from the old rivets. I also put some tape underneath with the adhesive facing up to help catch the metal. Not a bad idea to tape around the opening to not scuff anything with the tools.

A quick 25km ride today and the door had no rattling nor any other issues. Longer ride tomorrow but I I expect this door to work without issue now the lock position is at the bottom.

I asked Wendy about the specific tool dimensions for my bottom bracket, and this was here response:

"Regarding the tool to install the T47 BB , a  16T wrench with a diameter of 49 or a 16T 49/50 socket will work."

I ordered the one linked below.  You will have plenty of time to receive  it, and it will likely be cheaper than paying a bike store to install yours.  I have my tool, still waiting for my bike frame.

I was looking at the deda superbox V2 for example, it ships with 46mm and 56mm top covers.

Given that Lambda Tuning in Germany sell the LCR018 frame under their own brand and offer it with the Superbox stem, it should work :)

I've only ridden very boring looking bikes so I'm a little apprehensive now about it being more of a looker and having people talk to me as I'm an amateur, overweight rider as well as a bit of an introvert! So we will see...

I honestly didn't really choose, I gave them a reference piece that I liked, which was the 2026 Giant Defy Advanced frameset but they call it "veins". It should have been darker at the bottom but I think this actually came out better and made it more unique.
