Re: Chinese SC/AM831 Group Buy
@Eddy, i know it may not be that easy, but if you were able to integrate in your design/manufacturing a "Swat box" like Specialized does on the diagonal tube of their bikes, you would position your products one step above direct competition.
And I'm sure we all would love it!

That would add complexity, longer design time, and most importantly cost that I’m not interested in personally.

Re: LCFS947 - 160mm 4-bar 27+/29 The bike is almost finished. A chain and some adjustments left before I can test-ride it. I am happy that I choose a 120 mm dropper for the size L frame. Im 184 cm tall and it would not have worked with a higher dropperpost.

Re: New VeloBuild gravel race frame in the works... T47 85,5 or BB86. No BSA or T47 68 as the narrowing of the frame around the BB-area wouldn't be a good match with the wish for wide tyres.
And please a two bolt saddle clamp and traditional thru axles (no SpeedRelease)

Re: New VeloBuild gravel race frame in the works... Take a very close look at the Ridley Astr RS.

That’s the best looking modern gravel bike, and has some good specs:

- 53mm clearance
- 890g frame weight
- modern geometry (more reach = 407 for size M, less stack = 571 for size M)

Re: Tideace NEW Gravel Frame: GR201 You can go for a CeramicSpeed SLT style one w/o buying their fancy marketing voodoo: https://www.kugellager-shop.net/mh-p16-bo-max-sl-steuersatz-kugellager-vollkugelig-40x52x7mm.html
Or just stick to a good standard one: https://www.kugellager-shop.net/mh-p16-ss-45-45-edelstahl-lenkkopf-kugellager-52x40x7mm.html

Re: New VeloBuild gravel race frame in the works... Frames are starting to come off the production line! Check out some photos here: https://www.velobuild.com/products/2025-velobuild-carbon-fiber-racing-gravel-bike-frame

Medium size frames will be available to ship at the end of May and other sizes in June.

We also offer a flared version of the handlebar (both integrated and separate bar/stem) if you are interested in this. We're working on making this option available on the website. For the time being you can just let us know you want this after placing an order online

Re: Tideace NEW Gravel Frame: GR201 That looks like a cool bike, but also one that has essentially zero overlap with the current model. Might be worth starting a new thread.

A full sus gravel bike with only 50mm clearance is a bit odd. It also doesn't look like you can push the clearance much further - the shock is already very close to the tire (assuming that line represents a 50mm tire).
