Re: Ican p9 build 29er build
Awesome build!

Mind giving an idea of the total cost?

I am trying to start something similar with the P9 frame but keep the build around $2k USD

New and used items, prices are in Aud.

Frame - 1000aud new
fork -700aud new
rearshock - 400used
wheels - 300 used
tyres - 150 new p.s using the michelin enduros and they are bloody sick!!!
groupset - 400 new
brakes - 350 new
dropper- 150 new
handle bar/stem - 150 new
total = 3600 aud = 2600usd

can easily hit around the 2k mark with more used items or different tier items.

Re: Suggestions to bring a build under $2k - ICAN P9 Frame $2k for a full suspension build with a frame that costs $870 is not going to be possible without having a long list of items you already own or serious sacrifices on the rest of the components.

Re: Chinese Santa Cruz/AM831
Could this be it?

Also, another German forum post that goes into detail of the frame

Yes, Winowsports is acknowledged earlier in this thread or the group buy thread as another seller of the same frame

Re: Chinese SC/AM831 Group Buy

There's more to bike frames than your height and weight.  Likely an L or XL but depends on your specific stack and reach requirements.

Re: Ican p9 build 29er build
I am 188 CM and 95KG weight, would you recommend to go XL?

I saw the P9 sold somewhere in XL size but definitely not on ICAN's website.

Never seen a XL frame for the p9. Think Large was the biggest size they have and reach is 462. Id say that it would be a tad small for you seeing as medium bikes these days are at 460-470.

Re: Seeking feedback on Aliexpress Aero handlebars (Canyon Aerocockpit CF)
Wondering if anyone has experience with these:

Link: https://www.aliexpress.com/item/32914181711.html?spm=a2g0s.8937460.0.0.36c62e0ewEtZL4

They are a Canyon H36 Aerocockpit replica handlebar.

Thank you!

Im actually interested to see how these hold up.

Fwiw, all in ones are more durable than just a handlebar (or so ive seen articles telling me that) i have a kocevlo carbon bar, horrible, then a generic one, pretty good, little flex, not my racing bike so no 900W efforts. Then i have the r12 with its respective handlebar. That thing is BEYOND stiff. I love it!

Chinacycling reviewed “the one” and it sells for $120 i think?

I personally would bite the extra $20-$30 and get a name brand carbon bar. I recommend the dengfu one personally. Comes with two year warranty, i think its $108.

Re: Seeking feedback on Aliexpress Aero handlebars (Canyon Aerocockpit CF) From what I hear (not my personal experience) the Yoeleo handlebars should be pretty good indeed:

https://www.yoeleobike.com/collections/road-handlebar

As far as I understood their frames are made by Miracle Bikes, found here on Aliexpress, could be the same goes for the handlebars:

Dengfu handlebars are to be found here:

Re: Seeking feedback on Aliexpress Aero handlebars (Canyon Aerocockpit CF) I forgot to mention: the holes are a bit small so it might be electronic only. You might be able to shimmy and maybe shave a bit off to fit it but if ur running mechanical its going to be a tight fit.

Re: Seeking feedback on Aliexpress Aero handlebars (Canyon Aerocockpit CF) Is your steerer tube 1 1/8" or 1 1/4"?  I have one of the Canyon clone bars on a 1 1/8" steerer tube and the included aluminum shim was slightly oversized which made headset adjustment a pain-if I had a chance for a do over, I'd look for one that was already 1 1/8".

Given that, the under-stem cavity is a perfect wedge fit for a Di2 junction box and looks really tidy.

Fouriers sells a carbon shim which works much better for around $12.
